Federal Judge Certifies Class In Credit Card Transaction Suit

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. - A federal judge in Florida on March 26 certified a class in a suit in which a plaintiffs alleges that a restaurant violated the Fair and Accurate Credit Transaction Act (FACTA) when it included his credit card expiration date on a receipt (Bush v. Calloway Consolidated Group River City, Inc., No. 10-00841, M.D. Fla.; 2012 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 40450).
