American Airlines Wants To Reject Collective Bargaining Deal In Chapter 11 Case

NEW YORK - Bankrupt AMR Corp., the parent company of American Airlines, on March 27 filed a brief supporting its argument that the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York should permit the company to reject collective bargaining agreements it has with its employees (In Re: AMR Corporation, No. 11-15463, Chapter 11, S.D. N.Y. Bkcy.).
