Directors And Officers Say That Shareholder Derivative Suit Should Be Dismissed

WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. - A company's directors and officers argued in a Florida federal court on March 26 that a shareholder derivative complaint should be dismissed because the company's board of directors formed an independent special committee that found that the litigation is without merit (Jack Long v. Steve Odland, et al., No. 11-cv-80702, S.D. Fla.).
