Judge Denies Does' Motion To Quash Subpoenas In File-Sharing Case

PHILADELPHIA - A Pennsylvania federal judge on March 26 declined to quash or modify subpoenas issued to the Internet service providers (ISPs) of 15 Doe defendants in a case alleging illegal online file sharing of an adult film company's copyrighted motion picture (Raw Films Ltd. v. John Does 1-15, No. 2:11-cv-07248, E.D. Pa.; 2012 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 41645).
