Colorado Federal Judge Won't Reopen Trademark Case For Injunctive Relief

DENVER - Efforts by a trademark infringement plaintiff to reopen its dispute with a competitor in order to obtain permanent injunctive relief and an award of attorney fees were rejected March 29 by a Colorado federal judge (Tony's Taps LLC d/b/a Pagosa Brewing Company Inc. v. PS Enterprises Inc. d/b/a Pagosa Brewpub, No. 08-1119, D. Colo.; 2012 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 43293).
