ST. JOSEPH, Mo. - A Missouri federal judge on March 29 conditionally certified a class of supermarket employees in a complaint alleging that the employer misclassified assistant store managers so it did not have to pay them overtime wages (Gregory A. Chapman v. Hy-Vee, Inc., No. 10-cv-6128, W.D. Mo.; 2012 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 43829).
