TRENTON, N.J. - A New Jersey Superior Court Appellate Division panel on April 2 reversed a decision by the second trial court judge in a class suit accusing a car manufacturer of defective brakes, finding that the second judge failed to give proper deference to the original trial court judge's findings (Regina Little, et al. v. Kia Motors America, Inc., No. A-0407-11T3, N.J. Super., App. Div.; 2012 N.J. Super. LEXIS 45).
