Summary Judgment Denied For Third-Party Defendants In Ponzi Settlement Dispute

HARRISBURG, Pa. - In a Ponzi scheme suit, a federal judge in Pennsylvania on April 4 denied third-party defendants' motion for summary judgment, finding that a defendant/third-party plaintiff effectively assigned claims regarding client settlement funds (Strayer v. Bare, et al.,  No. 06-02068, M.D. Pa.; 2012 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 47490).
