9th Circuit Reinstates Bridal Store Worker's Race Bias Claim

SAN FRANCISCO - A bridal alterationist may proceed with her racial discrimination claim against her former employer, the Ninth Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals ruled April 6, partially reversing a trial court ruling dismissing the worker's race, age and disability discrimination claims (Margaret Branscomb v. Group USA Inc., No. 11-15067, 9th Cir.; 2012 U.S. App. LEXIS 6975).
