NEW ORLEANS - A Louisiana federal judge on April 10 denied partial summary judgment to a plaintiff in a reimbursement dispute, saying that fact issues remained as to what company was responsible for denying benefits and that the plaintiff failed to show that he was injured by one of the defendants not filing confidential information under seal (Thomas H. Kingsmill v. Louisiana Health Service & Indemnity Co., et al., No. 09-6787, E.D. La.; 2012 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 49969).
