U.S. High Court Won't Review Learned Intermediary Ruling In Cultured Cells Case

WASHINGTON, D.C. - The U.S. Supreme Court on April 16 denied review of rulings that a plaintiff's claim involving cultured knee cartilage cells is barred by Florida's learned intermediary doctrine (Denise Rounds v. Genzyme Corp.,  No. 11-971, U.S. Sup.).
