BOISE, Idaho - GlaxoSmithKline PLC (GSK) has agreed to pay $2.6 million to settle a lawsuit by Idaho that accused the drug maker of reporting inflated drug prices paid for by the state Medicaid program, according to a settlement agreement announced April 17 by the state Attorney General's Office (State of Idaho v.
