6th Circuit BAP Rules Sanctions Proper For Serial Bankruptcy Filer

CINCINNATI - A U.S. Bankruptcy Appellate Panel (BAP) for the Sixth Circuit on April 18 ruled that a debtor's Chapter 11 bankruptcy petition was properly dismissed and that she was appropriately sanctioned for being a serial bankruptcy filer who did not act in good faith (In Re: Martha Lee,  No. 11-8053, Chapter 11, 6th Cir. BAP; 2012 Bank. LEXIS 1682).
