Insurer Of Rothstein's Accounting Firm Opposes $10M Settlement Order

FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. - The liability insurer for the accounting firm of convicted Ponzi scheme operator Scott Rothstein, whose law firm Rothstein Rosenfeldt Adler (RRA) filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy, on April 17 moved in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Florida for a new trial regarding the Bankruptcy Court's ruling that the insurer pay $10 million to settle claims against the accounting firm (In Re: Rothstein Rosenfeldt Adler, No. 09-34791, Chapter 11, S.D.
