NEW YORK - The trustee in the Securities Investor Protection Act (SIPA) litigation that arose from the Chapter 11 bankruptcy filing of MF Global Holdings Ltd. (MFGH) in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York on April 18 released a statement on his website indicating that he is pursuing litigation in the United Kingdom to recover roughly $700 million that belonged to investors who had their money in MFGH accounts before the firm's bankruptcy (In Re: MF Global Inc., No. 11-2790, Chapter 11, S.D.
