Panel Says Shareholders Failed To Show Standing To Bring Suit Against Company

SAN DIEGO - Affirming a lower court judgment, a California appeals court panel on April 19 issued an unpublished opinion holding that shareholders failed to show that presuit demand on a board of directors would have been futile (Paul Moebius, et al. v. Silicon Color, Inc., et al.,  No. D058396, Calif. App., 4th Dist., 1st Div.; 2012 Cal. App. Unpub. LEXIS 2949).
