7th Circuit Upholds Rejection Of Doctor's Hostile Environment, Retaliation Claims

CHICAGO - A physician who was terminated as part of a massive reduction-in-force due to an Illinois County's budget problems failed to show that he was the victim of a hostile work environment or retaliation, the Seventh Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals ruled May 2, upholding a trial court ruling (Ahmad Jajeh v. County of Cook,  No. 11-2331, 7th Cir.; 2012 U.S. App. LEXIS 8900).
