11th Circuit: Air Traffic Controller Failed To Prove Bias And Retaliation

ATLANTA - An air traffic controller failed to show that a temporary revocation of his certification and being denied the right to take his students on a tour of his workplace constituted national origin discrimination or retaliation, the 11th Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals ruled May 3, upholding a trial court ruling (Arys R. Cabrera v. Secretary, Department of Transportation, United States Department of Transportation, No. 11-13462, 11th Cir.; 2012 U.S. App. LEXIS 9004).
