BATON ROUGE, La. - A majority of a Louisiana appeals panel on May 4 refused to reconsider its March 23 ruling that granted an insurer's peremptory exception of prescription against the insureds in their lawsuit seeking coverage for Hurricane Katrina damage (Doric and Fannie Wilkienson v.
