OMAHA, Neb. - A former power company worker failed to prove that he was meeting his employer's legitimate expectations or that he had a disability that limited a major life activity, a Nebraska federal magistrate judge held May 14 in granting the power company's motion for summary judgment on the former employee's discrimination claims (Calvenn N. Wogou v. Omaha Public Power District, No. 8:10-cv-291, D. Neb.; 2012 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 66781).
