Wisconsin Supermarket Ordered To Return Workers To Status Quo

MILWAUKEE - A Wisconsin federal judge on May 18 ordered a supermarket chain to return to full-time status employees who had their hours reduced after their union contract expired and to offer reinstatement to four employees who left due to their reduction in hours (Irving E. Gottschalk v. Piggly Wiggly Midwest, LLC, No. 12-c-0152, E.D. Wis.; 2012 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 68836).
