Texas Magistrate Judge Largely Denies Leave To Amend In Patent Case

TYLER, Texas - A Texas federal magistrate judge on May 25 denied a patent infringement plaintiff leave to amend its complaint, finding that new websites and technologies to be added to the lawsuit were publicly available at the time the allegations were originally levied (Global Sessions LP v. Travelocity.com LP et al., No. 10-671, E.D. Texas; 2012 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 73153).
