NEW ORLEANS - A Fifth Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals panel on May 31 upheld a summary judgment ruling in favor of Wells Fargo Home Mortgage Inc. in a suit brought by a Texas couple, after finding that promissory estoppel could not prevent the company from foreclosing on their property (Wilmer F.
