Judge Stands By Ruling Refusing To Dismiss Insurers' $12.25M Subrogation Suit

CHICAGO - An Illinois federal judge on June 4 denied a motion to reconsider her refusal to dismiss three insurers' subrogation lawsuit seeking reimbursement of $12.25 million they have paid to insureds for claims arising from defective dryers, finding that the dryer manufacturer's arguments are unpersuasive reasons to compel the joinder of the deductible-paying insureds (State Farm Fire and Casualty Company, et al. v.
