TRENTON, N.J. - Citing Colida v. Nokia Inc. (347 F. App'x 568, 569-70 $(Fed. Cir. 2009$)) and conceding that the action is "not necessarily common," a New Jersey federal judge on June 12 nonetheless partly dismissed patent infringement claims in response to a Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 12(b)(6) motion (MSA Products Inc. v. Nifty Home Products Inc. et al., No. 11-5261, D. N.J.; 2012 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 81266).
