Michigan Federal Judge Stays Case Seeking Payment Of Prescription Drugs

ANN ARBOR, Mich. - A Michigan federal judge on June 14 stayed a case seeking payment of claims for blood-clotting prescription drugs pending the resolution of a state court case addressing the same question (David Luckey, et al. v. Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan,  No. 11-11500, E.D. Mich.; 2012 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 83069).
