11th Circuit: Sexual Harassment Investigation Was Not Discriminatory

ATLANTA - A South Florida governmental agency did not discriminate against a female employee by launching an investigation into whether she sexually harassed a supervisor, the 11th Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals ruled July 9 affirming a trial court opinion (Beheen Moghaddam-Trimble v. South Florida Water Management District, No. 11-14040, 11th Cir.; 2012 U.S. App. LEXIS 13873).
