NEW YORK - An investor filed a class action complaint against Bank of America Corp., Barclays Bank PLC and several other banks on July 30 in federal court in New York, alleging that the defendant banks conspired to and did suppress and manipulate the London interbank offered rate (LIBOR) for the U.S. dollar in violation of federal antitrust law (33-35 Green Pond Road Associates, LLC v.
