NEW YORK - A New York federal judge did not err in granting Keith Rupert Murdoch and News Corp. Inc. summary judgment on copyright infringement claims levied against them in connection with the hit sitcom "Modern Family," the Second Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals ruled Nov. 13 (Martin Alexander v. Keith Rupert Murdoch, No. 11-4291, 2nd Cir.).
