CHARLOTTE, N.C. - No reasonable jury could find that a store manager for a national discount retailer was improperly classified as exempt from overtime pay because his job meets all of the tests under federal law for an executive exemption, a North Carolina federal judge held Nov. 27 in multidistrict litigation involving unpaid overtime claims against the retailer (Irene Grace v.
