SEATTLE - A unanimous Division One Washington Court of Appeals panel on Dec. 10 affirmed denial of workers' compensation benefits for multiple chemical sensitivity allegedly caused by materials used in an office remodeling project (Jane Potter v. Department of Labor & Industries, No. 67722-5-I, Wash. App., Div. 1).
