Court Affirms Dismissal Of Case As Sanction For Fabricating Work History

NEW BRUNSWICK, N.J. - A judge properly dismissed an asbestos case as a sanction for "deliberate concealment and outright lies during the discovery process," a New Jersey appellate court held Dec. 11 (Michael Gaskill v. Abex Corp., et al., No. A-4871-09T1, N.J. Super., App. Div.).
