NEWARK, N.J. - Asbestos plaintiffs' fraud action against a talc manufacturer for allegedly destroying and concealing evidence seeks relief that would violate the Anti-Injunction Act and is too speculative to proceed, a New Jersey federal judge held Dec. 12 (Kimberlee Williams, et al. v.
