DOJ, 4th E-Book Publisher Reach Deal On Price-Fixing Claims

NEW YORK - The U.S. Department of Justice and electronic book publisher Penguin Group (USA) Inc. on Dec. 18 filed a proposed settlement of the government's claims that Penguin conspired with other e-book publishers and Apple Inc. to fix prices of digital books in violation of federal antitrust laws (United States of America v.
