New Jersey Federal Judge Dismisses State Claim In Wage-And-Hour Class Suit

NEWARK, N.J. - A New Jersey federal judge on Feb. 22 partially granted a motion to dismiss a wage-and-hour class suit filed by assistant store managers when he declined to exercise supplemental jurisdiction over the plaintiffs' state claim (Constance Gibbons, et al. v. Office Depot, Inc., No. 12-2992, D. N.J.; 2013 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 25169).
