Illinois Federal Judge Dismisses Donning, Doffing Class Claims

CHICAGO - An Illinois federal judge on March 8 granted a partial motion for summary judgment filed by two poultry processing companies accused of failing to pay their employees for time spent donning and doffing safety gear (Rochell Mitchell, et al. v. JCG Industries, et al., No. 10-6847, N.D. Ill.; 2013 U.S. App. LEXIS 32728).
