Insurance Broker's Former Employee Alleges Sufficient Contract Claim, Judge Says

CHARLESTON, W.Va. - A former employee of an insurance broker sufficiently asserts a claim for breach of contract against his former employer for terminating his benefits under a departure agreement, a West Virginia federal judge ruled March 21 (Andrew J. Paterno v. Wells Fargo Insurance Services Inc., et al., No. 12-04692, S.D. W.Va.; 2013 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 39058).
