Hawaii Federal Judge Remands Discovery Dispute To Magistrate Judge

HONOLULU - A Hawaii federal judge on May 16 remanded a discovery dispute in an arsenic damage coverage case to a magistrate judge to determine whether good cause exists to extend a discovery deadline to allow an insurer to designate an expert witness (Association of Apartment Owners of Imperial Plaza v. Fireman's Fund Insurance Co., No. 11-00758, D. Hawaii; 2013 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 69933).
