SCRANTON, Pa. - Finding no evidence of unreasonableness in an insurer's denial of damages related to Hurricane Irene, a Pennsylvania federal judge on June 7 granted dismissal of the homeowners' statutory bad faith claim (John and Theresa Calandrello v. Sentinel Insurance Company Limited, et al., No. 3:13-cv-00134, M.D. Pa.; 2013 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 79967).
