Petition Seeking High Court Review In Revenue-Sharing Case May Be Filed Under Seal

WASHINGTON, D.C. - The U.S. Supreme Court on June 10 granted a 401(k) plan trustee's motion for leave to file under seal a petition for a writ of certiorari seeking review of the Eighth Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals' ruling that it lacked jurisdiction to review a district court's denial of class certification of claims that a plan's service provider violated the Employee Retirement Income Security Act (Joseph Ruppert v. Principal Life Insurance Company, No. 12M130, U.S. Sup.).
