Shareholders Say Their Breach Of Fiduciary Duty Claim Is Ripe

DENVER - Shareholders argued in a Colorado federal court on June 12 that their breach of fiduciary duty claim against a company's directors and officers is ripe for litigation, claiming that their allegations rest not on the outcome of an investigation, but on the effects of the company's alleged wrongdoing regarding employee work verification practices (Ralph B. Richey, et al. v. M. Steven Ells, et al., No. 12-cv-01831, D. Colo.).
