Federal Judge Finds Arguments 'Frivolous,' Rejects Remand

NEWARK, N.J. - A New Jersey federal judge on June 17 denied a couple's motion to remand their asbestos action, saying no reasonable basis for the motion existed based on the plaintiffs' "frivolous" arguments (Harold Thomasson and Claire Thomasson v. Air & Liquid Systems Corp. a/k/a Buffalo Pumps Inc., et al., No. 13-1034, D. N.J.; 2013 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 84969).
