8th Circuit Upholds Dismissal Of Transplant Coordinator's Due Process, Bias Claims

ST. LOUIS - An Eighth Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals panel on June 18 affirmed the dismissal of a transplant coordinator's claims that she was denied due process and was discriminated against based on her gender when she was terminated after an audit found patient file errors (Donna Floyd-Gimon v. University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences, by and through The Board of Trustees of The University of Arkansas, et al., No. 12-1797, 8th Cir.; 2013 U.S. App. LEXIS 12247).
