SAN DIEGO - A California federal judge on June 24 declined to certify a class of registered dietitians claiming that they were misclassified after finding that the lead plaintiff failed to satisfy the commonality and typicality prongs or the adequacy requirement (Tanya Rosenberg, et al. v. Renal Advantage, Inc., et al., No. 11-2152, S.D. Calif.; 2013 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 88468).
