Federal Judge Declines Jurisdiction Over Borrower's Claims

SAVANNAH, Ga. - A federal judge in Florida on June 25 dismissed the remaining claims in a borrower's suit against a bank and developers, declining to exercise jurisdiction because the remaining claims are state law claims against nondiverse defendants (Thomas Uhlig v. Drayprop LLC, et al., No. 11-0145, S.D. Ga.; 2013 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 89193).
