WASHINGTON, D.C. - A plaintiff in a putative class action failed to assert unjust enrichment, negligence and fraud claims in her proposed amended complaint against insurance brokers, a District of Columbia federal judge held July 1 (Andrea Cannon, on behalf of herself and all other similarly situated v.
