CAMDEN, N.J. - A New Jersey federal judge on July 2 granted an insured's motion to remand her lawsuit alleging that her insurer overpaid her flood loss claim arising from Hurricane Sandy because of the adjusters' fraud, noting that the action is "almost certainly the first lawsuit of its kind" (Marjorie A. Brooks v. Leonard J. Foglio, et al., No. 13-2504 $(JEI/JS$), D. N.J.; 2013 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 93242).
