ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. - A plaintiff's engineer was not required to investigate the specific source of stray voltage or measure the voltage before opining that it impacted milk production at a dairy farm, a New Mexico Court of Appeals panel held July 3 in reversing the expert's exclusion in a negligence case (Dan Loper v. JMAR, No. 31,357, N.M. App.; 2013 N.M. App. LEXIS 59).
