LINCOLN, Neb. - A federal bankruptcy judge in Nebraska on July 3 remanded a lawsuit filed by an insolvent insurer's receiver against the estate of a former insurance agency regarding conversion of unremitted premiums and fraudulent transfers of assets (In the matter of: Diederike Marlene Fulkerson; State of Florida, ex rel.
