Georgia Appeals Panel: Construction Firms Properly Dropped From Injury Action

ATLANTA - The Georgia Court of Appeals on July 8 affirmed summary judgment for several construction firms named as third-party defendants in a personal injury case, ruling that the trial court properly dismissed claims for indemnity and apportionment (District Owners Association Inc. v. AMEC Environmental & Infrastructure Inc., et al., No. A13A0621, Ga. App., 3rd Div.; 2013 Ga. App. LEXIS 595).
